The Keener Jerseys Charity Jersey program started up in 2017 with the Nashville Predators Foundation and the Nashville Fallen Firefighters Foundation Association. Keener Jerseys created a unique ‘turnout jacket’ style jersey for each member of the Predators. The jerseys were then signed and auctioned off with all funds raised shared between the local charities. The First Responders jerseys were unlike anything ever seen before and the crowds in Smashville loved them!

With the program being such a success, the Predators Foundation have continued it year after year adding new themed and seasonal jerseys for auction along the way.

Following the Charity Jersey success story in Nashville, the program has been getting noticed by other NHL teams looking to create their own social impact. Most recently, the Florida Panthers created Fire Fighter and Police Department jersey customized with the team’s players name and numbers. Those jerseys, signed by players, are up for auction right now on NHL.com with all funds raised supporting the Florida Panthers Foundation where the money will go back to work in the community.
